Select system then Remote Recorders.

Choose the recorder you need to add the user to. Select Access and enter name of the user to be added.

Note: the user must have logged into panopto via yale.hosted.panopto.com or the media library in Canvas/ClassesV2 to be avalable.

After being added the user will have access to schedule recordings.
